GTA 6 Editions, Price and Pre-Order Bonuses
Two editions, one pre-order bonus that applies to both, and an upgrade path that means the choice is not permanent. Here is exactly what is in each, with the deadlines that actually matter.
The two editions

European and UK prices consistently listed on regional storefronts are €79.99 / £69.99 standard and €99.99 / £89.99 ultimate. We have not found those figures stated in a Rockstar press release, so treat the US prices as the confirmed ones.
What the Ultimate Edition contains
Per Rockstar's own pre-order materials, on top of the Vintage Vice City Pack:
- A '67 Vapid Dominator Buggy and the Paradise Garage
- A '95 Grotti Cheetah
- Access to vehicle customisation shops: Rideout Customs and One-Eyed Willie's
- Classic car restoration missions
- A Shitzu Squalo boat
- Personalised weapon variants
- Clothing stores and salons
- More than 50 exclusive tattoos, designed by the art collective FAILE
You are not locked in. Rockstar has stated that the Ultimate Edition content “will be made available to buyers of the Standard Edition with an upgrade package able to be purchased separately”. If you are undecided, the Standard Edition is the lower-risk purchase — you can add the rest later.
The Vintage Vice City Pack
This comes with every pre-order, Standard or Ultimate. It contains:
- A '55 Vapid Stanier and the Shore Court Garage
- Two Vice City-themed luxury outfits, one each for Jason and Lucia
- An exclusive tropical weapon pattern
Availability: with digital purchases through 20 November 2026, and with physical pre-orders while stocks last. In other words, this is not strictly a pre-order exclusive — buying digitally in the first day or so after launch still gets it.
The dates that matter

On the $79.99 price
It is above the $69.99 that became standard for this console generation, and it drew the reaction you would expect. Take-Two's chief executive has publicly defended the pricing, and pre-orders have been described by the company as exceeding its own forecasts — though Take-Two has not disclosed any figures, and Strauss Zelnick himself noted in August 2026 that “you can cancel a pre-order. We haven't sold one unit yet.”
Worth keeping in mind when you see pre-order numbers quoted anywhere: no company has published them.
